Your privacy, in plain English
No dense legalese. Here’s exactly what we collect, why, and how we look after your WordPress data and access — written so you can actually understand it.

What we collect
We keep this short on purpose. We only collect what we need to look after your website:
- Account details — your name, email and (if you add one) your business name, so we can set up your trial and reply to you.
- Your site — the WordPress site you ask us to manage, plus the secure connection we use to make approved changes and run security scans.
- Requests & activity — the changes you ask for and the actions taken on your site, so we can show you a clear before-and-after and keep a full activity log.
- Billing — handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
Your information is used to run the service you signed up for — nothing sneaky:
- To prepare, preview and (with your approval) publish changes to your site.
- To scan for malware and known vulnerabilities, and to harden your WordPress with your OK.
- To reply to you, send service updates, and — only if you opt in — the occasional product note.
We do not sell your data, and we don’t use it to train third-party advertising profiles.
Your WordPress data & access
This is the part that matters most for a website-care service, so here’s exactly how it works:
- We connect to your site through a secure, scoped link — used only to read what we need, prepare changes and, once you approve, publish them.
- Nothing goes live without your OK. Every change is previewed and only published when you tap approve.
- We keep a backup of each change so a single click can roll it back to exactly how it was.
- When you leave, we disconnect from your site and remove our access. Your site, and the backups we made, remain yours.
How we keep it secure
Security is our speciality, and that starts with our own house. Connections to your site are encrypted, access is scoped and logged, and sensitive credentials are stored encrypted. Only the people and systems that need access to run the service have it, and every action is recorded in your activity log.
Your rights
You’re always in control of your information. At any time you can:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account and data.
- Opt out of any non-essential email.
Just email us and a real person will sort it out, usually well within a few business days.
